Nathan’s, A-way to Wag is not your typical canine training facility or kennel, but a unique, 5,500-square-foot, air-conditioned indoor and mist-cooled, outdoor, on-site canine school and interactive camp. Dogs play freely with supervised socialization in a cage-free, safe, controlled, monitored, and structured facility.
At A-way to Wag’s school and camp, we encourage the dog to explore with independent learning. We carefully follow and monitor the dog’s interests and level of ability in order to instruct and train the dog. The classroom offers a vibrant learning environment with music, toys, canine and human interaction, puzzles, canine games and structure. We use only the highest-quality materials and are committed to providing full-care training and play without added costs.
Our mission is to provide a place where your dog can receive training for positive social behavior, curbing destructive habits, and improving overall canine manners. Our programs include lots of training, play, exercise and fun for your dog. The staff is extensively trained and dogs are supervised 100% of the time. And, your dog will love us!
Puppy Play School – Puppy care and training is available and includes quieter play, naptime, midday lunch and special care. For shy dogs, we may offer a separate space with a slower introduction to other dogs and there are separate play groups for smaller dogs, if needed. All sized dogs deserve a safe and fun play environment to socialize.
Day School Training - Enhance your training program by letting us do some of the legwork for you! A combination of daycare and day school can put your dog on the track to success.
Extended Stay Camp - Our canine camp is for dogs needing extended and overnight stays with training and daycare. The sleeping area is fully air conditioned, cage free and filled with soothing music for year-round comfort. Reservations are recommended and owners should bring their dog's own food, treats, and blanket.
A-way to Wag features an indoor, air-conditioned training and play area with double barriers to entry. Additionally, we have a fenced, outdoor play area, and our canine students are free to roam at all times from air conditioned comfort to the great outdoors as they please! Dogs can stay for full-day or weekly timeframes and are treated like part of the family. Pricing

In the event of an emergency, there is an evacuation plan in place for the safety of our canine guests.
Check in on your dog with our Canine Web Cam. Our cameras are set to record indoor and outdoor activities in the play areas. Public access to the cameras is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Our number #1 priority is your dog’s well-being throughout the day. Some areas of the campus are not monitored by the web camera, or your canine may be resting, playing or feeding out of the camera view.
Our web cam system is powered by www.onlinedoggy.com. (For Mac users, we recommend that you use the “regular” setting for viewing.) If you have problems assessing the cameras, you can contact "online doggy" direct through their website or by calling them.
